Beautiful kids, freedom and improving yourself

Who is "you"?
A very enthusiastic woman who believes in being positive and helping out as much as she can!! I have a life full of wonderful people (kids, friends, family!) & a gorgeous dog. They all make me feel very happy and greatful!! My life is about trying to improve my own ""best version"" while enjoying the little details that every day brings along!!

Wich is the thing you love the most in your city?
Madrid is a city made of people from everywhere in Spain so it´s a great mixture of my country. Madrid is a very friendly, open and lively city. And what to do here in Madrid? Yes, we have a very beautiful Royal Palace, Museo del Prado, Retiro Park, etc but you know what? Walking in the centre of Madrid on a sunny Sunday, then stopping on a terrace for a drink & tapas while having a good chat, it´s one of the best things in life!! So you should try it!!....and then, yes, if you have time, there´s lots of things to visit & see!!

What makes you travel?
Hans Christian Andersen said ""To travel is to live"" and I totally support it!!

Places you´ve been in the world?
Nepal: I did three weeks of voluntary work in a rural area of Nepal and it was a very rewarding trip! San Diego: I lived there for 6 months and I had such a gooood time...I really think I could move to live in San Diego if needed! London: Because it feels like home! I already lived there for some time and I also have family and friends there so it´s the city that I travel to more often, and last but not least: Lisbon: My favourite european city (apart from Madrid and London which both are ""home"") for lots of reasons....its pace, its people, its colours, the river, the combination of new & old...and I even have ""my own friends"" there who have a great company! I bet you can guess who they are!

Tell us a smell, a taste, a color, or a sense you remember from a place you´ve been?
Smell: Lavanda in the South of France Taste: The combination of pasta and seefood in Sardinia Colour: All the bright colours from India and Nepal Sense: Freedom in Sagres

What is the silliest thing you ever bought in your trips?
A sari in India to later discovered that I had no idea how to put it on!!

If Lisbon was a person, who does it remind you of?
As I´m a woman and I´m very attracted to Lisbon, then let´s say that Lisbon would be a very interesting man who has time to chat, having a coffee and likes walking around!

We hate tourism tours?
Totally!! Travelling is not about touring & visiting´s way beyond that!!

Have you ever fell in love with someone when you travel?
Not really but travelling with your loved one makes any place even more special and it creates beautiful memories to cherish.

The most embarrassing/funny moment you had while travelling?
Toilet times in India but....I will spare everyone the details!

Next stop?
I have just come back from Gran Canaria and for the rest of the year I have already trips planned to Pisa, Sicily, Lisbon and Lanzarote I´m very greatful and happy with my 2016 travelling plans!
